Run it. Then show it off.
Sets & Splits records your run with the phone’s GPS, draws the route with every kilometre split, and turns it into a vertical video for Stories, Reels and WhatsApp Status in one tap.
GPS Running App, done properly.
GPS runs with splits
Start a run, put the phone away, and get the route, distance, moving pace and a split for every kilometre, your fastest highlighted.
Animated route video
A 1080 × 1920, 9-second video: the camera follows your route as it draws, stats count up, splits rise at the end. On iPhone the map is real Apple Maps.
Sticker and caption
Copy a transparent sticker with your route, distance, time and pace to paste over a photo, or copy a ready-made caption.
Records and race estimates
Weekly distance against your goal, personal bests, and estimated 5K, 10K, half and full marathon times from your recent running.

See the route, time, average pace and splits. Runs from Apple Health or Health Connect appear too.
- Step 3
Tap Share
Pick the route video, the sticker or the stats text, then save to Photos or share straight to any app.
Running FAQ
How do I make an animated run video for Instagram?
Open any GPS run in Sets & Splits and tap Share. The route video is made on your phone in about ten seconds and can be saved to Photos or shared to Instagram, WhatsApp and other apps.
Does the video need an internet connection?
No. The video is drawn and recorded on the phone. On iPhone, Sets & Splits adds an Apple Maps background when one is available and uses its own styled background otherwise.
Can I import runs from my watch?
Runs saved to Apple Health or Health Connect by your watch are imported automatically, with their distance and time.
