Lift and run. One plan.
Most apps pick a side: a lifting log or a running tracker. Sets & Splits logs both, so your weekly review, readiness score and coach see every session, whether it was squats on Monday or intervals on Tuesday.

Hybrid Training App, done properly.
Both sides of your week
Strength sessions are logged set by set; runs come from the phone’s GPS, a watch through Apple Health or Health Connect, or a quick manual entry.
One load, not two
Readiness looks at your recent lifting and running together, so a heavy leg day before a long run shows up in the score.
A weekly review of everything
Training volume, distance against your goal, protein and sleep sit in one review, with the evidence behind each insight.
Fuel for both
Calorie and protein targets with real servings, so you eat enough for the miles and the kilos.
Coach-ready
A coach can program lifting days and see runs, food and recovery before replying to a check-in.
Works in the gym and on the road
Everything is saved on the phone first, so a basement gym or a trail with no signal is fine.
Three steps.
- Step 1
Plan the week
Follow your coach’s program or your own templates for lifting days, and set a weekly distance goal.
- Step 2
Log as you go
Tap Done between sets, or start a GPS run and put the phone away. Both land on the same Today screen.
- Step 3
Review on Sunday
See how lifting, running, food and sleep fitted together, and what to change next week.
Hybrid training FAQ
What is a hybrid training app?
An app that tracks both strength training and endurance training, such as running, in one place, so your plan, recovery and progress account for both. Sets & Splits does this, and adds food and recovery tracking alongside.
Can I use Sets & Splits only for running, or only for lifting?
Yes. Use the parts you need. The weekly review and readiness score simply work with whatever you log.
Does it import runs from my watch?
Runs written to Apple Health or Health Connect by a watch are imported automatically with their distance and time.
