Know when to push, and when to rest.

A 30-second morning check-in plus what your phone already knows about your sleep and heart gives you a readiness score, and Sets & Splits tells you exactly why it’s high or low.

What you get

Recovery, done properly.

A score with reasons

Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, soreness, energy and training load each show how they moved today’s number.

Reads your health data

Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and weight come in from Apple Health or Health Connect, so check-ins are quick.

A weekly review

Each week, a short review of training, running, food and recovery, with “why we’re saying this” evidence on every card.

Body and progress

Log your weight in a tap and compare private progress photos side by side. The web app charts your weight with a 7-day trend and adds body measurements and goals with progress bars.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Step 1

    Check in

Rate soreness and energy, and add sleep if your phone didn’t import it.

  2. Step 2

    Read the score

See today’s readiness and the factors behind it on the Today screen.

  3. Step 3

    Adjust the day

Push on a green day, take it easy on a red one, and tell your coach in the check-in.

Questions

Recovery FAQ

How is the readiness score calculated?

It weighs last night’s sleep (hours and quality), HRV and resting heart rate against your own normal, how sore and energetic you feel, and your recent training load, then shows each factor’s effect.

Do I need a smartwatch?

No. You can type sleep in yourself. A watch or ring that writes to Apple Health or Health Connect simply fills it in for you.

Does Sets & Splits write to Apple Health?

No. It only reads, and only the data types you allow.
